At this point in history (mid January 2021), I find myself with a bit of an internal churn.

That on . . . why do some make the choices that they do? It all is on what I would think are easier decisions – like what is right and what is wrong?
For example – peaceful protests. Most believe those are good to do and then when things go too far (looting, arson, bodily harm), those actions are wrong.
But for those wrongs – why do those who do them, believe they are okay to do so? Some believe that wrongs must be done to force changes required. I for one am not on that mindset. For me, wrong is wrong – it always has been, always will be. Better choices are always reinforced by the outcomes they enable. And they are usually easier to see when the right accountability is in place.
