21Qs #13: Those hurting others . . .

Unfortunately, evil lurks in so many different ways. So then, why do people hurt others?

Well, it all comes down to these 3 realities.

First, people are in their eyes, hurt by others so they want to lash out, get even or feel that they need to be respected or appreciated. Most often, this is the ugly side of revenge that takes action.

Second, is the cousin to the first. People aren't thinking of others safety or impact, they just do what they want to do and they really aren't thinking about any negative impacts that could happen to others.

This can be seen by people who drink, drive and cause accidents, or do dangerous thrill seeking actions and unfortunately someone gets hurt.

Third, there is a character flaw issue.

Who knows what causes or triggers this – but some seem to have an evil inside of them that creeps out in what could be small ways to begin, and then grows worse & worse as time unfolds. This is the scariest.

So know this, be vigilant. Evil comes in so many forms.
