Today we kick off a new series and it looks at . . . what does it take to be weak (2BW)?
As to, why ask or consider this? Sadly, there are more and more people who want to take advantage of others. We here and those across the world need to do everything we can to be strong, to be brave, to fight against the weakness that can creep into our lives, or into the lives of friends or family. So, please consider the following to se if you agree. Thank you.

To be weak, one just needs to focus their thoughts on those things they worry about. It is not that hard to worry; just let your mind go about the bills to be paid, your health or that of a loved one, of the spread of gun violence, of various abuses, or of the suffering that seems to be growing across so many parts of our country and the rest of the world.
What you'll find is that worry can easily consume your thoughts, but no matter how much you think about your worries, you don't really accomplish much. And if
anything, you've probably become distracted from critical things that you should have been doing. So, what can you do to fight off the potential black hole of worries?
It starts with understanding we all will have worries from time to time. The key, we have to
determine what worries we can do something about & which ones we can't. The worries about our bills, our health, our retirement, etc. are things we can think about, make plans, adjust our actions and can see if we are making progress. The worries about evil in the world, senseless deaths or whether our kids & grandkids will be safe, are best – if you want to be like me – is to take those to God in prayer and give those to Him. Our time is precious. We only have so much time to do all that we need to do. Worry is not a good use of our time so do your part to focus on what you can control, not on what you can't.
Just remember – it is okay to turn off the news. Go outside and breathe. You were never meant to carry the burden of the entire world. For the world needs your strength and actions for good. And remember . . .
“Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.” -Matthew 11:28-30
