Would you like to take a journey where you can go as fast or as slow as you want,

that you would enjoy and learn from? You can and it can be done by a few minutes now and then when you have the time.
As for the What & When, start reading your Bible. The How? Pick a book of the Bible to start reading; like Mark, Proverbs or Philippians and read the first chapter. As you do so, underline, circle or highlight anything that catches your interest. It's your Bible so you can mark it up. Is there a truth to learn, a promise to claim, a prayer to say or a command to obey? Basically, begin reading, ask God to help you gain insights and know this . . . the more you study, the more you learn; the more you learn, the more you'll want to to read. Just start and continue for a month. Then, adjust your plans as desired.
For me, reading in the early morning before work starts my day in a way to get my head on straight. You just have to try and see what makes sense. My hope is that after you read one whole chapter, you'll want to continue on. And at a minimum, just make sure you push yourself to read the entire Bible. After I did once, I started again and am now working on my fifth pass through (I am amazed at what I find that I missed before or a passage that helps me for a challenge that is unfolding in my life). And if you have a question, let me know and I'll share what I can to help you.
“The unfolding of your words give light.” Psalm 119:110
