As an adult: (2) Just . . .

Wouldn't it be great if we just could remember all the key things that we should remember? But then, what are the things to remember?

Well, in this image shared, there are 3 'that' statements which are good ones to start with. But, you may have better ones and that is okay. The key is knowing what to remember and then doing the right things in regards to what we remember (which could be easier said then done).


So then, do you have your list of . . . 'what you try to remember?' If you're not sure, with these first 3 examples shared above, I add: First) Facts are facts and our feelings have nothing to do with them (as keep calm & carry on). Second) If the people in our life are causing stress, we need to pursue actions that will address and resolve our stress (as in we can't control others but we can control what we do). And third) Prayer is a great comfort when we trust God for His peace, help or whatever (as in all things).
