As an adult: The Don't . . .

It is true – some days (usually after tough ones) we want to take a break and embrace some 'couch time'. And the reality is this. Take a break when you need to but don't make it your full time reality. What then can you – should you do? Consider these.


First, the words to the right are a great start to help get your thoughts heading in the right direction. And don't forget . . .

And know this: if your life over this past year or two (and even more) has not been

as great at you want, then you have to make changes in your life. This means your

thoughts, words and actions need to change as well.


As to the 'how much'? It all depends on how much your life is out of whack. If a little, then a few changes to address that us good. But if you're life looks like it is a mess, then it is time for a lot of big changes. So, get your attitude lined up to embrace the changes that you need to pursue.
