Dear GKs . . . Insight #27 (morals)

The day is coming when you will have to decide if you will do what is good, or what is not (should I lie, steal, or hurt someone in some way)?

Now, I know what you are thinking – I would never do anything like that. Well, we hope not but what if you are caught in

a situation where you are with others and they want to do something that you know is wrong? Will you walk away, would you turn them in?

Would you try to stop them?

These are the type of things that will arise in your life – and yes – they may pop up more then once. Which means the question is: Will you have morals?

As to what are morals? It is having the principles of right and wrong in behavior aka ethics. And once you embrace morals, you will have to decide the actions you will and will not do. As well as deciding who is and is not going to be allowed in your life.

Last of all on this – know that it is not as easy as you would think. Be serious and committed to this and know that Grams and I love you so much!!!
