Does COURAGE matter?

When it comes to faith, yes it does. 'How so' you may wonder?

Well, let's look at the world that is breaking further and further apart around us all. First, there is so much that is frustrating & angering many in regards to civil rights, that more people today – of all races and diversity are protesting. Is that an aspect of courage? Second, look at the death of George Floyd (in 2020) and of the trial now in process for former police officer Derek Chauvin (who is being prosecuted over Floyd's death). We now see fellow police officers testifying against Chauvin. Is that another aspect of courage? Third and in closing, consider what you do or do not do. Are those aspects of courage?

It all boils down to this. Events continue to unfold that either directly or indirectly impact us. Some are now taking action where they may not have in the past. Their courage and or ours is now pushing our society in different ways. But is that all goodness? If you are like me, our faith helps me to be courageous because I know God is with me in the pursuit of good.
