There is a saying: Talk is cheap, it takes money to buy whiskey.

And yes, this helps to remind us that our words and actions must match. For me, our words are like the friends we have – they reflect what is important. If your words are callous, lies, nasty or anything that can't be trusted (and the same as your friends), know this. You won't be liked and you'll have a hard time having anyone help you or respect you.

So, work on your words, watch what you say and remember this: Your thoughts set the tone for your life, your words reflect your thoughts and your actions show your character. Therefore, take on each day and that means to be positive, appreciative and respectful

(as best you can).
