Dear Gks . . . Insight #20 (Integrity)

We here at the One Minute Read University . . . that being Gramps & Grams, want to slow things down to make sure all who are reading this – know: one of the most critical aspects of character is the integrity that we have.

So please, pause and ponder integrity.

It starts with this: INTEGRITY is a firm

adherence to a code of especially moral

or artistic values of INCORRUPTIBILITY.

It then requires us to take a look at our self – as in – do I embrace integrity?

And if ends with proof – that being – we can say we embrace integrity but if there is not much proof of it (that others can see), then we have the talk but we don't have the walk.

So, with the above now understood, take some time to look at your actions over the last year. Can you see examples of your integrity in action? If yes, that is great (continue on). But, if you can see some examples of a dent or two in your integrity armor, now is the time to step up and to change as you need to so that no one questions your integrity.

Therefore, is integrity easy?

No, but that is okay because it is what is needed – just do it. Because there are some things that money can't buy - like manners, morals & integrity (you either have them or you don't). All our love! Gramps & Grams.
