LN#11: Watch our words

As this day unfolds, pay a little extra attention to the words that you hear others say.

Are they helpful, hurtful, honorable or just not repeatable? Then, do the same for your words spoken. Are they kind, cross, respectful or forgetful?

As to why?

When we start paying attention to the words used by others, we gain an insight to their character. The same is true for others when they pay attention to our words.

So, use today to be what it needs to be, but also make it one where you are listening.

Then decide what you like and what you'll work to change.

And remember – our words can be what makes friends or makes enemies.

Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.

1 Thessalonians 5:11
