LN#4: Eat well & prosper . . .

FYI - our middle son Alex – who as a child, was what we call . . . 'a picky eater' . . .

(and yes, his Dad is not much better; can't eat green vegetables or sea food without a roll of his eyes). And as to why read & think about this today?
Because as we all consider and pursue what we believe will help us - we also need to remember that our diet is a key part of our health.
And today is a great day to start taking a focus on this. Why? Because regrets are so frustrating. You don't want to be the one years from now who say . . . “I wish I would have eaten better these last years.”

So, why not start eating better today & for your years ahead? And if you agree, the big question is then how best to do so?
I'm no expert but while you look into this and determine what you will do - know this. We all will do better, feel better and look better if we are mobile, exercise when & where as best can and pursue a diet that is focused on moderation. That means some chips or junk food snacks now & then can be pursued if you mix in the smaller portions, being active and getting a good mix on all the food types we need. You can do it - just pursue it!!!
