Have you ever wondered . . . why is it so hard to be a decent person?

Is it how and where we are raised up as kids - what our parents do or don't do or the factors of having a 'hard life' or not? Or is it linked to our years unfolding as adults that push us left or right, up or down - do we have friends or loved ones active in our life, or are there events and frustrations that are pushing us further and further into desperation?
Unfortunately, there are a lot of challenges that unfold in just about everyone's life and finances become such a huge variable for us all. So, knowing this – why not for us all – let's renew our commitment to doing the things that cost us nothing? Like smiling more, being compassionate, friendly and respectful to all – does not cost anything. And yes, these may not seem like a lot but they are a great start.
Thanks for your pursuit of goodness and remember . . . Galatians 6:10
"So then, while we have opportunity, let us do good to all people”
