Passing it on . . .

But, what is 'it'?

Yes, years back I was a younger father, trying to do what was needed for my family, work, friends, etc. And yes, now all these years later, pictures will pop up and trigger memories.

Seeing this reminded me of the challenge that we have as parents . . . to pass on to our kids the knowledge, skills, manors and or whatever that we want them to learn and to pursue.

Which got me to then ponder . . . what could I create via some images, quotes, and or challenges that I would hope our kids would teach as best they could to their kids, and them to theirs some day???

So, I came up with some 'Heroes do this or that ideas.' Like how do we teach our kids

to watch for evil and then to take action that is needed? Which now puts the focus on what will you do (as well as the where and the how) to talk or teach this as you deem best for your kids?

And yes to go with this: “Sometime even to live is an act of courage.” -Seneca challenges us to keep the big picture of life in mind as we go.
