Yesterday's Special Addition: Lesson One started our cross over series and today we look at.

General Powell tells us one thing that we tend to shy away from – that being – get mad. What we need to understand is that we all get mad about things in one way or another . . . but it is how we deal with that anger, that makes all the difference.
This then is our challenge.
The getting mad, we all can do it. It is the 'getting over it' that is easier said then done. To help make this doable, is our need to embrace the challenge to take all the bad things that happen in our lives and at the least, use them as lessons learned.
Some can even be motivators to do things that we never imagined was possible.

So – vent, yell, punch a pillow if you have to – do what is needed to help get 'your mad' behind you. Don't let it fester within you, for it can be a poison.
This means . . . deal with whatever makes you mad and move forward. If you don't, it will derail your life.
Thanks for consider this and remember:
"A hot-tempered man stirs up strife,
but he who is slow to anger quiets contention." -Proverbs 15:18
And if you are ready for more . . .
