Someone once said . . . Worrying is a total waste of time. It doesn't change anything, it just messes with your mind and steals your happiness.

And that leads to the question: Is there a worry or two or so that you have?
If there are, the next question is: What are you doing about them? My thoughts . . . too many people keep thinking about their worries versus taking action on them. Now why is that? It's because they don't take the time to determine a) if they can do anything to impact the worry, if they can; then what, when, where? b) if they can't do anything, they why not stop and turn it over to God (aka prayer)?
So there you go. It comes down to seeing worries for what they are. We either find a way to do something or hand it off to God or we just keep worrying about it. I like a & b because just worrying is a waste of time.

What now do you think?
“There is only one way to attain happiness and that’s to stop worrying about things beyond our control.” -- Epictetus
Thanks for considering this, my prayers and besty wishes for all.
