The Wisdom of education . . .

When you're a kid, getting an education is not that hard.
But, to become wiser, takes some added work.

Why is that? Because in school, we are taught the various subjects . . .
spelling, grammar, math, history, etc.
But those only go so far. The big
challenge that we have, is to work and
to connect these various aspects of
education, into the components of our
character. For when we have this
'long game' view of learning, we then
view ourselves as a 'work in progress”.
So, if you R a kid – know that your education has a long way to go and that is okay. If you R a teen or a young adult – know that you are not as smart yet as you need to be in order to achieve all that you wish. And if you R an older adult – know that a dead mind is the start of a dead body, push yourself to keep learning (it's a great anti-aging action).
And while we all work to keep learning, remember . . .
“Learn to do good, seek justice, defend the cause of the fatherless,
plead the case for the widow.” Isaiah 1:17
