Today's JOKER Lesson (TJL) reminds us that somethings we have control over . . .

like our decisions, and somethings we can't control very well – like our emotions. Knowing this reality helps us to remember that there are others around us who may not really care for the decisions we make or the emotions we show. Sadly, we live in a world where more and more people are acting out on their frustrations – which is basically their unleashed emotions.
So what do we learn and what can we do? Why not these 3 things?
First – know thyself, like the old saying . . . you've got to know your limitations.
Second – know that others may be struggling and could use your help, or at least the help of someone. This then means we have to think on what we can and or can not do to help.
Third – remember times are tough – and that you may need to do what is needed. It is a sad world that we have when in 2020, George Floyd just needed someone to do something to help him, yet no one did. At a minimum, we can learn from that and we can make sure we do something the next time helpful action is needed.
