TJL #4: Hate & Lies.

Today's JOKER Lesson (TJL) reminds us of two of the tools in Satan's toolbox.

So lets take a look at these.

First – hate. It is an emotion that builds from anger and when left unresolved, it can become very, very, dangerous. Second – lies. They are often a partner to hate and the twin to deception.

Understanding these two trouble-makers, allows us to be better prepared in seeing what they are and possibly better able to address them.

Remember that there are two types of hate. The first tends to be a reaction to something done to us. The second is usually the long accumulation . . . things building upon others (things go wrong, the bad words said, frustrations building, etc. etc.). If unresolved, hate will become action in one way or another. Our role is to be on the watch for it & to work on resolving it as early as we can.

Of lies, they tend to be so numerous and they are often built upon earlier lies. Our role is to be the ones opposed to them & to ensure accountability when they arise.

All it takes for hate and lies to take hold and to grow is for good men & women to do nothing about them.
