WN #51 (Why Not?) Act with Compassion . . .

Wouldn't it be great if everyone had a strong commitment to being compassionate?

If this were true, we'd see a huge drop in violence, we'd see people on watch for those in need of some help and in then doing what they can to actually help them.

Now, we are seeing that there are some that do help others and that is great. But I think you would agree – we need to see a lot more compassion everywhere.

The key: to think about this, to watch for the opportunity to help others and to then actually do something that you can do.

So please – if you've done some compassion – continue. If you can do more, then do so. And remember . . .

Colossians 3:12 Therefore, as God’s children, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.
